Navigate to the Reviews tab in the dashboard.

Choose Bullets, STAR, or Narrative based on your preference or company requirements.

Choose time period

Select the period that matches your review cycle (e.g., last quarter for quarterly reviews).

Generate

Click "Generate Review" and wait for the AI to synthesize your evidence into a polished summary.

Edit and copy

Review the generated content, make any edits, then copy to clipboard for use in your company's review system.
